Bluff Park residents have a new place to grab a drink, meet a neighbor or settle in for a little work. The Park Nutrition, owned by Bluff Park resident Ashley Bahr, combines protein shakes, caffeinated teas and hydration drinks with space for meetings, events, and casual gatherings.
Bagels and Shmears are their bread and butter, but they serve so much more. Einstein Bros. Bagels has opened its fifth location in the Birmingham and Shelby County area.
