ALABASTER, Ala. (WBRC) - An Alabaster café announced theirs doors will be closed soon.
The Copper Train is a family-owned and operated café with coffee, soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries and more.
They were located at 224 1st St S Suite 200.
The news of the closure came on Tuesday, July 7 via the cafe’s Facebook. A post shared read, “To all of our wonderful customers, after much consideration, as a family we have made the difficult decision to close The Copper Train.”
The post went on to say they love the Alabaster community and will always cherish the memories of serving them. The café planned for the last day to be Saturday, July 11, but due to almost selling out of items, they said they will now be closing Thursday, July 9.
Thank you so much for all the love and support we have felt and seen today!! Because today was so busy we don’t have much left to sell you. Because of this tomorrow, June 9th, will be our last day open and we will only be able to sell coffee, baked goods and a very limited breakfast only menu. Once again we are so thankful for your business and look forward to serving you one last time!!
