ANNISTON, Ala. (WBRC) - Gammy-nominated R&B artist Ginuwine is coming to Calhoun County for a major festival at the end of June.
The Anniston Heritage Festival: Celebrating Juneteenth takes place June 27 at the MLK Pavilion at Zinn Park.

After releasing his debut album, “Ginuwine.... the Batchelor,” in 1996, was nominated for numerous awards in the late 1990s and early 2000s, winning the Soul Train Music Awards Best R&B/Soul Male Album in 2000 and MuchVibe Best Rap Video from iHeartRadio in 2007.
It wasn’t until 2014, however, that Ginuwine was nominated for his first Grammy when “Three Kings” was up for Best R&B Album in 2014.
Joining him in Anniston will be TK Soul, Dea’Love, DJ Billy Dee, Chris Voice, Tim Bo, Sherry Reeves, James Peoples & Evidence, N 2 Christ, the Calhoun County Power Gospel Choir, Shiloh Spirituals and more.

The Anniston Heritage Festival is a free event that begins at 2 p.m. at 101 W. 14th Street.
In an announcement made on social media, organizers want to remind attendees that tents are allowed in designated areas only. No personal grills, generators, pets or unauthorized vehicles are allowed.
