BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - One of the most beloved stories ever told is coming to the BJCC as part of Broadway in Birmingham 2025-26 season.
Mrs. Doubtfire, based on the 1993 film of the same name starring Robin Williams, will debut at the BJCC Concert Hall June 16 with eight performances scheduled over six days.
The original Broadway run of Mrs. Doubtfire, directed by Tony Award-winning Jerry Zaks, debuted in Seattle in 2019 before moving to New York in 2021.
The touring version will feature Craig Allen Smith in the role of Daniel Hillard and his alter ego, Mrs. Doubtfire, while Melissa Campbell will take on the role of Miranda Hillard.
