OXFORD, Ala. (WBRC) - Families have been invited to an Easter egg hunt in east Alabama Easter weekend.
The City of Oxford announced Saturday that Oxford Parks and Recreation will host an Easter egg hunt April 4.
The event is free for children up to 12 years old with participants divided into age groups, including a special needs area.
Kids participating in the egg hunt are asked to bring their own basket to gather eggs, including prize eggs hidden for each age group.
In addition to refreshments from Kona Ice and Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee, the city officials said the Easter Bunny himself has confirmed that the Easter egg hunt is on his schedule for a visit.
