MONTEVALLO, Ala. (WBRC) - Jubilee Gift Market will mark its first year in business with an Anniversary Sale and Spring Open House on Saturday, March 14, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The shop is located on the campus of Cedar Creek Nursery in Montevallo, inside a building constructed in the 1890s.
Owner Lani George transformed the former nursery gift shop into a showroom featuring seasonal and gift items.
“A light bulb went off and I asked him if I could open up a shop for myself, and this is the vision I came up with. It’s a God thing,” George said.
Jubilee Gift Market is partnering with Cedar Creek Nursery and Infinitas Group, brokered by Keller Williams Metro South, for the event. Bounce houses and live animals will be available from 10 a.m. to noon.
