ALABASTER, Ala. (WBRC) - The city of Alabaster is announcing a new concert series that will take place from March to October 2026.
The Siluria Sounds Concert Series will bring a “diverse mix of nationally renowned musical acts and local favorites” to Alabaster’s new amphitheater. The amphitheater is located on Municipal Green next to Alabaster City Hall at 1953 Municipal Way.
The series is free to the public thanks to sponsors of the event. It is sponsored by Baptist Health Shelby Hospital, Central State Bank, Discover Shelby and the Alabaster Sports and Entertainment Foundation.
“These are the kinds of world-class events we envisioned when we decided to build this beautiful new venue in Alabaster,” Ward 5 City Councilman and Events Committee Chairman Jamie Cole said. “We can’t wait for our residents and visitors to come out for an evening under the stars while enjoying some incredible musical acts.”
“We have seen tremendous growth in adding amenities for Alabaster’s families over the last several years, and this concert series is the latest example of that,” said Alabaster Mayor Scott Brakefield. “From new parks to the city’s upcoming new library and rec center to this concert series, we’re working to ensure Alabaster residents and visitors can access everything they need without leaving the city.”
