HOOVER, Ala. (WBRC) - A new leasing concept called MicroFlex is offering versatile, hybrid warehouse and office spaces designed for small businesses that need room to grow without committing to a long-term lease.
Each unit is 1,250 square feet and includes a bathroom and cargo door. The facilities feature high ceilings, ample parking, climate control, and high-speed WiFi.
MicroFlex units are designed to be customizable and can be used for storage, e-commerce, showrooms, and other purposes. Current tenants include businesses operating golf simulators, custom car detailing, and supplement storage.
The spaces are marketed toward a range of users, from contractors to hobbyists.
MicroFlex currently operates locations in Irondale and Auburn, with new locations opening in Hoover and Huntsville.
