BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - Legendary competitive eating champ Joey Chestnut is coming to the Magic City.
He’ll appear at the Birmingham Barons game at Regions Field May 28, 2026, where he will attempt the Birming-Hammer Food Challenge live in front of fans.
The “B’Ham”-inspired sandwich is a massive, over-the-top creation, piled high with toppings you’ll have to see to believe.
Chestnut will be available for meet-and-greet experiences through VIP ticket packages which are on sale now through the Barons website here.
Chestnut has earned dozens of major titles throughout his career, including multiple world championships and 17 victories at the Nathan’s Famous Fourth of July Hot Dog Eating Contest.
