The way they recover is with two fold, but tested methods: heat and ice. The heat comes from the infrared sauna around 160 degrees, and the cold is from the cold plunge tub, which is about 46 degrees.

R3 was established in November of 2025. They set out to make recovery a reality for people who deal with inflammation and want better self-care. There are studies that are very well documented that says the sauna is great for brain health. Many people use the heated sauna as a preventative for Alzheimer’s. But as for the cold therapy, it is good if you are stiff and sore and need to rid your body of all aches and pains.
