Know before you go: Disney’s Frozen at the Red Mountain Theatre

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The final countdown is on to the debut of Frozen: The Broadway Musical at the Red Mountain Theatre.

The acclaimed Broadway show officially opens in Birmingham on May 30 and runs through June 29 with preview performances scheduled for Wednesday, May 28 and Thursday, May 29.

Before heading to the show, there’s some things people should know about Red Mountain Theatre if they’ve never been.

Tickets

Tickets are available now for both the preview performances and the official run at RedMountainTheatre.com.

All tickets with come with a $4 ticketing fee assessed with each ticket purchased. Additionally, anyone who doesn’t want their tickets emailed to them will be charged a $2 will call fee per ticket.

All sales at the Red Mountain Theatre are final. Season ticket holders may exchange their tickets for another production of the same performance as late as 24 hours before the date printed on their ticket. Individual ticket holders will be charged a $4 per ticket charge and much exchange their ticket 48 hours prior to the scheduled performance.

There are several discounts available for college students, seniors, and military members. And don’t forget to use promo code WBRC15 at checkout for a 15% discount on adult tickets.

Parking

Paid parking is available to purchase ahead of time at RedMountainTheatre.org.

Other available options include street parking in Birmingham or getting a ride to the theatre.

Red Mountain Theatre Policies

  • Red Mountain Theatre is a cashless venue, so be sure to bring your credit or debit card or you mobile payment app.
  • The use of cameras, video recorders, or recording devices of any kind are prohibited inside Red Mountain Theatre. All attendees will be required to turn off their cell phones or put them in silent for the duration of the performance.
  • All drinks must be in the approved Red Mountain Theatre lidded cup, available to purchase at the venue.
  • Only snacks purchased at the bar will be allowed in the theatre.
