Frozen: The Broadway Musical Frozen: The Broadway Musical coming to Red Mountain Theatre (Red Mountain Theatre)

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - Get ready to experience Disney’s “Frozen” like you’ve never seen before at Red Mountain Theatre’s live production of Frozen: The Broadway Musical happening May 30 through June 29.

Set in the elegant mountainous kingdom of Arendelle, Princesses Elsa and Anna spend most of their childhood inside their castle, isolated from the world. Princess Elsa has magical powers that give her the ability to create and manipulate ice and snow, and in order to protect her sister, Elsa becomes increasingly distant from Anna.

During Elsa’s coronation ceremony to become Queen of Arendelle, the secret of her magical powers is revealed, and the princess flees into the mountains. Anna sets off on an epic journey to find Elsa and bring her home with the help of a hardworking ice harvester, Kristoff, his loyal reindeer, Sven, and a happy-go-lucky snowman named Olaf.

The show is rated suitable for all ages. You can expect all the beloved “Frozen” songs that have been stuck in your head for the past several years, plus brand-new music written exclusively for the live stage.
