- The HANDS Program - Providing one-on-one and small group behavioral therapy to children and adults diagnosed with autism since 2006.
- Mitchell’s Place – Specializes in approving the lives of children with autism or other developmental disabilities focusing on the early learning of preschool children.
- Glenwood - Since 1974, Glenwood has provided services to children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other behavioral issues.
- Early Autism Services - Providing effect ABA therapy to children with autism since 2008. With in-home therapy, center-based therapy, telehealth therapy, social skills groups and more, this program is personalized to each child’s needs.
- The Learning Tree – Offering educational, residential, and support services for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities including autism.
- The Arc – Services include employment support, residential services, early intervention, and additional resources for people of all ages.
- Rainbow Omega - Serving adults with intellectual disabilities. Founded in 1991, Rainbow Omega’s vision was to provide shelter for adults with developmental disabilities.
- Easterseals of the Birmingham Area – Founded in 1926, Easterseals creates solutions for people with disabilities to live, learn, work, and play in their community.
- The Exceptional Foundation – Supporting social relationships for children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities, The Exceptional Foundation offers full-day, after school, and summer programs.
- United Ability – Connecting people with disabilities to their community to empower individuals to live life to the fullest.
- Levin & Perconti: Cerebral Palsy Toolkit - Aims to assist those in need of support, navigating adjustments, and discovering avenues for a positive future.
- registerednursing.org - Providing accommodations, articles, support, podcasts and more for managing autism as a college student.
