What makes them so special?
Zaxby’s Fried Pickles are thin slices of dill pickles coated in cornmeal. The flavor and texture of the cornmeal is a nod to the brand’s Southern roots. The pickles are served with Zaxby’s ranch sauce which is a proprietary blend of buttermilk, garlic, onion, and vinegar.
Sadly, the fried pickles are only available for a limited time at participating restaurants while supplies last. We hope they change their mind and decide to bring them back permanently, but until then we’re running out to grab an order for ourselves.
