Birmingham chef Raquel Ervin’s successful catering company and food truck, Eat at Panoptic, will see the addition of a brick-and-mortar location in the near future.
Eat at Panoptic comes to Irondale
The restaurant, which will share the same name as the food truck, will be located at 1819 Crestwood Blvd in Irondale. The new location will be along the same stretch as many of Irondale’s growing revitalization projects. The Eat at Panoptic brick-and-mortar location is on track to open to the public in early January and will be staffed by two full-time managing chefs and a complement of six full-time team members that will work in both the food truck and the new cafe.

The food truck will keep rolling!
Jefferson and Shelby counties will continue to see the Eat at Panoptic food truck rolling into neighborhoods, businesses and special events. The food truck offers an assortment of specialty sliders and three gourmet sides.
The cafe, with its added space, will allow Chef Raquel Ervin to add even more sliders and more gourmet sides to the menu. Check out the current Eat at Panoptic food truck menu below to get a preview of what’s to come once the new cafe opens.
